The Owner Answers
Locally owned and operated by Mike Crochet. When you call about availability, you’re talking to the person who runs the place.
One unit. Plenty of uses.
Every unit is the same 15′ × 40′ enclosed dry space with a 14-foot door, 110v power, and an in-unit light. What changes is what you back into it.
RV Owners
Forty feet of enclosed depth keeps a small motorhome or travel trailer off the street and out of the Louisiana sun. Drive in, plug into 110v, walk away.
Fits rigs up to 36 ft
Boat Owners
36 ft trailer access
Enclosed dry storage between trips, with aisle clearance sized for 36-foot trailers. Back in clean, come back when the water’s right.
Vehicle & Collection Owners
Daily drivers and project cars. One tenant keeps five muscle cars across two units.
Multi-unit welcome
Small Businesses
Inventory and equipment, with drive-up access and 110v power.
Storage only: no business operations on-site.
No deposit
